About the work
The Isosceles series is an ongoing body of work, developed from a single geometric starting point: a right isosceles triangle, formed by dividing a square diagonally.
Each sculpture evolves through the repeated arrangement of this form. Rather than imposing a fixed outcome, the process is one of discovery, where subtle shifts in sequence, angle and balance reveal new structures over time.
Through this repetition, distinct characters begin to emerge. Variations in line, plane and surface create a quiet tension between precision and instinct, giving each piece its own presence.
Handmade in steel, the works are finished using a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques, allowing the surface to develop depth, texture and a natural sense of age.
